Our drivers are highly trained on customer care and on how to operate our vehicles to the highest safety standards. All our drivers are uniformed and experienced in their field. The majority of the drivers have an NVQ in coaching and the rest are working towards this.

We have dedicated staff on call at all times and we have systems in place to provide support, advice or replacement vehicles.

The company is a member of The Bonded Coach Holiday Scheme. This protects our customers for the money they have paid for their holiday in the unlikely event that EYMS ceases trading.
