As the mornings and evenings get lighter and we all awake from our winter hibernation, it's time to start getting out and about again - luckily our summer bus services have begun!
Read on for some great ideas for getting out and about as the weather gets warmer...
Service 100: Bridlington - Sewerby - Flamborough - Thornwick Bay
Service 100 between Bridlington, Flamborough and Thornwick Bay runs from Sunday 28 March. This service only operates during holiday periods and bank holidays.

Service 120: Bridlington - Holiday Villages - Filey - Scarborough
Service 120 will run all summer from Saturday 27 March. Frequent buses up and down the coast between Bridlington and Scarborough. Family tickets are available - buy them from the driver.
And remember, a trip to Scarborough isn't complete without a ride on one of our Open Top buses!

Service 128: Scarborough - Pickering - Helmsley
The spring timetable of Valerider Service 128 begins on Sunday 28 March. It's great for walkers - why not visit Hutton Buscel, Thornton Dale, Pickering, Kirkbymoorside, Wombleton, Helmsley... And with our discount day tickets you can stop off at one village, then another, then another... as many times as you want within a day. Buy one from the bus driver.
Visiting Scarborough? The best view is from the top deck of one of our seafront Open Top buses!

Service 129: Withernsea - Aldborough - Mappleton - Hornsea
Service 129 starts its summer Sunday journeys from Sunday 4 April. These will also run on bank holidays throughout the summer.

Service 130: Hornsea - Skirlington - Ulrome - Barmston - Bridlington
From Tuesday 6 April Service 130 begins its summer timetable, which means its easier to have a day out by the seaside.

Spurn Ranger: Withernsea - Patrington - Easington - Spurn Point
In a change to previously publicised dates, now from Good Friday 2 April the Spurn Ranger service will be running every Sunday and Bank Holiday Monday until the last Sunday in October. By leaving your car behind and using the bus you will help protect Spurn Point's special wildlife, as well as causing less congestion on the area's roads. Travelling from Hull? Use Service 75 from Hull Interchange and change at Patrington or Withernsea.

Heading off on a day out on the buses with the family this summer? Don't forget our great value 'Go Anywhere' day tickets. They're only £14 for the Family 3* ticket and £19 for a Family 6* ticket. As many bus journeys as you want within a day on East Yorkshire or Scarborough & District buses, so you can hop on and off the bus as much as you like. Individual Adult and Child Go Anywhere tickets are also available. Simply buy them from the driver when you board the bus.
* Family 3 ticket valid for 1 adult and up to 2 children, Family 6 ticket valid for 2 adults and up to 4 children. Fares correct as at March 2010.
