Travelling to Hull University – Cottingham Road campus
The main Cottingham Road campus of Hull University is easy to get to by bus.
Service 102 and 105 operate between The Lawns, Cottingham, the University, Beverley Road and Hull City Centre.
Service 115 operates between The Lawns, Cottingham, the University, Newland Avenue, Princes Avenue and Hull City Centre.
There are buses up to every 10 minutes between The Lawns, Thwaite Hall and the University during the day on weekdays, and there are buses in the evening and during the weekend too.
Semester Card holders can travel unlimited times on the 121, 246, X46 and X47 services between Hull City Centre and the city boundary (Tesco).
Why not travel further afield? We have buses that travel from Hull to York and Beverley, or you could spend a day in the seaside towns of Hornsea, Bridlington, Filey or Scarborough. Travelling to Hull University – Scarborough campus
Travelling to the Scarborough campus of Hull University is simple.
Services 7 & 17 is a circular service operating between the town centre (St Thomas Street), the University, Seamer Road and back to the town centre. The 7 travels clockwise and 17 travels anticlockwise.
Service 121 operates to and from Somerset Terrace in the town centre to the University, then to Filey, Bridlington, Driffield and Hull.
Service 1 operates between the town centre (Queen Street), the University and Cayton.

Travelling to York University – Heslington Campus
EYMS runs several services suitable for people travelling to York University:
- Service 746 calls at Market Weighton, Pocklington, Kexby Bridge and York.
- Service X46 operates between Hull, Beverley, Market Weighton, Pocklington and York. The X47 service also calls at Cottingham.
- Service 744 can be used to travel from Bridlington, Driffield and Pocklington.
- Service 195 calls at Pocklington, Everingham, Seaton Ross, Sutton upon Derwent.
All our services continue on into York City Centre.
Service 746 goes into the York University campus. For all other services there are two stops suitable for the University. If you want to go to the back of the university campus, you should alight at the first stop after the Black Bull pub in Osbaldwick, then walk straight down Windmill Lane. To get to the centre of the campus, use the Melrose Gate stop, which is the forth stop after the Black Bull pub, opposite the Bee Wing Pub. Then walk straight down Green Dykes Lane.
