A lady from Hull has sent us an email about an act of kindness she witnessed as she was travelling on one of our buses.
The bus stopped at Hull Royal Infirmary, and the driver noticed a blind man was waiting at the bus stop. The driver asked if the gentleman was waiting for his bus and, on being told he was waiting for a different service, then radioed through to Control to make sure the correct bus knew to stop for him.
The lady said "With such a simple gesture it was really nice to see the driver obviously cared about a disabled passenger, and hopefully made his journey home a little easier."
