One of our drivers was praised for the way he dealt with an elderly, confused gentleman.

"When we arrived at Beverley, an elderly gentleman who was clearly very confused got on the bus, and was struggling to understand how to get out his bus pass.  I have worked in nursing homes for years, including caring for residents with severe mental health issues, and I was very impressed with how this driver dealt with the problem.  He showed the gentleman respect, dignity and professionalism.  This service should not go unnoticed, and as a company you should be very proud."
