Staying calm

We received a letter from a gentleman who wanted to tell us about the actions of one of our drivers.

The driver was driving his bus of passengers through Scarborough when a car ran a red light and nearly hit the bus.  The car driver then approached the bus and shouted at the driver, using foul and abusive language.

The gentleman said that he was writing "to congratulate your driver and commend his actions.  He acted in a most restrained, calm and professional manner, which was a credit to you and your company."
