Frequently Asked Questions
Hopping on and off the bus is something many of us take for granted, but for some first-time bus users the experience can be an overwhelming one, especially for
children and those new to the area.
Our FAQs are designed to tell you everything you need to know about using our buses. Whether you’re new to our buses or a daily commuter,
you may find something you didn't know here!

Yes, you can take a pushchair or buggy onto the bus, as long as it can be folded. Most of our buses are low-floor, easy access vehicles, which makes it easy for you to get onto the bus. You can put the buggy unfolded into the wheelchair space if it is not already occupied. If a wheelchair user wishes to board the bus, the driver will ask you to fold your pushchair and put it into the luggage rack. Please make sure your pushchair or buggy does not block the aisle, and be careful as you move up and down the aisle to avoid hitting other passengers’ legs.
