Frequently Asked Questions
Hopping on and off the bus is something many of us take for granted, but for some first-time bus users the experience can be an overwhelming one, especially for
children and those new to the area.
Our FAQs are designed to tell you everything you need to know about using our buses. Whether you’re new to our buses or a daily commuter,
you may find something you didn't know here!

You can take a shopping trolley on the bus, as long as you can lift it on and off the bus yourself. You must not block the aisle with your trolley and, if a wheelchair user wants to board the bus, you must remove the trolley from the wheelchair space and move it somewhere out of the aisle, or into the luggage rack. As you get on and off the bus please take care not to knock any other passenger’s legs with your trolley, and be careful as you wheel the trolley off the bus onto the pavement.
