Frequently Asked Questions
Hopping on and off the bus is something many of us take for granted, but for some first-time bus users the experience can be an overwhelming one, especially for
children and those new to the area.
Our FAQs are designed to tell you everything you need to know about using our buses. Whether you’re new to our buses or a daily commuter,
you may find something you didn't know here!

Ideally, we would prefer you not to eat or drink on the bus, as it can cause a mess. However, eating and drinking is allowed on board, at the discretion of the driver. Hot food, or food with a strong smell, is only allowed on board if fully wrapped. Hot drinks are not allowed for safety reasons, as if spilt they could scald someone. Please take any litter home with you, and try to avoid crumbs or spilling things!
Drinking alcohol on the bus is prohibited by law, so please do not drink whilst on your journey.
