Frequently Asked Questions
Hopping on and off the bus is something many of us take for granted, but for some first-time bus users the experience can be an overwhelming one, especially for
children and those new to the area.
Our FAQs are designed to tell you everything you need to know about using our buses. Whether you’re new to our buses or a daily commuter,
you may find something you didn't know here!

If there’s an emergency, or you feel threatened, please speak to the driver straight away. The driver can use his radio to contact the police.
If you see anyone damaging the bus, please speak to the driver, or report it in confidence by ringing us on 01482 327142.
We have CCTV on nearly all our buses, to keep our passengers and staff safe. The footage can help us identify vandals, and if anyone is caught damaging the bus we always report this to the police.
