Children under five years old travel for free, as long as they’re not occupying a seat required by another passenger. Children aged five to fifteen pay child fare, which is usually about half the normal adult fare.
We do not have Child Weekly Tickets, but children are welcome to buy our standard weekly tickets if this is cheaper than buying individual child return fares each day.
Young people aged 16-18 can get 20% off our single and return fares by showing a valid school or college ID card.
