children and those new to the area.
Our FAQs are designed to tell you everything you need to know about using our buses. Whether you’re new to our buses or a daily commuter,
you may find something you didn't know here!

If your EYMS Discount Card is lost or stolen simply ring BusLine on 01482 59 29 29. They will hotlist your old card, so that any credit on the card can’t be used by anyone who finds it (or the person who stole it). We’ll transfer your balance across to a new card (minus a small admin fee), and we’ll send your new card out to you.
If your card is stolen and you can provide us with a valid crime reference number we’ll waive the admin fee.
Please call us as soon as you find out your card is missing, as we can only transfer across the credit balance at the time you report the card missing.
