Latest award presentations
Staff from the BusCall call centre, Head Office, Bridlington Depot and Hull Travel Centre are part of the latest batch of award presentations.
Eight BusCall, Travel Centre and Head Office staff were amongst the first EYMS staff to complete the demanding NVQ Customer Service award.
Over 350 EYMS drivers have now completed the NVQ PCV (Bus & Coach) Driving award, which involves assessment in all aspects of being a bus or coach driver.
Martin Shaw, Trainer with the award-winning EYMS Bus & Coach Training, received a Visual Awareness Certificate from Hull & East Riding Institute for the Blind (HERIB), which will help him deliver EYMS's Customer Care and Disability Awareness courses.
