If you leave university before your pass expires, please send your card and a letter explaining that you have withdrawn from your course, to the following address:

EYMS will issue a refund on the remaining portion of your card, less a small administration fee.

If you live at The Lawns or Thwaite Hall and have a Semester Card that was included as part of your accommodation you should hand your card back to university staff when you leave your room key.

I already have one type of card - can I swap to another?

It’s my 19th birthday so my Go Card has expired - what do I do?
