What happens if I lose my card, or it is stolen or damaged?

Please try not to lose your card! You can request a replacement ticket at your nearest Travel Centre (at Paragon Interchange in Hull or Rail Station in Scarborough) or by calling BusLine on 01482 59 29 29. You will be charged £10 for a replacement Semester Card, or £3 for a replace Student Discount Card or Go Card. You’ll have to pay for bus fares until your new card is ready.

If your card is stolen and you can provide us with a valid crime reference number you won’t be charged for a replacement.

Can I let another student use my ticket or pass?
