Scarborough TEC is Scarborough's only Outstanding college with a focus on training, education and careers.

Their new campus, located on Filey Road in Scarborough, offers brand new training facilities for; Hair & Beauty, Health & Social Care, Childcare, Hospitality & Catering and, from September 2018, Construction & Engineering, when the courses will relocate from their Lady Edith's Drive campus.

No matter what career you are thinking of going into, Scarborough TEC knows the skills employers are looking for!

For all students aged 16-18 years who are eligible to access a bursary, the college are able to offer free travel, using a local transport service, providing they live over two miles from their place of study, have an annual household income of less than £24k and are training on one of our full-time courses. Any student who is not eligible or who is 19+ and studying full time will be eligible for a discounted pass on their chosen bus route.

Access to the subsidised and discounted bus passes is available via the EY Buses app, – if you’re studying at Scarborough TEC, you’ll receive information on how to apply or purchase your subsidised or discounted bus pass when you attend enrolment at the college.
