Please try not to lose your card! If it is lost, stolen or damaged, please ring BusLine on 01482 59 29 29. We can 'hotlist' your old card, so that no one else can use it. You
won’t have to pay for a whole new card, BUT you will be charged £10 for a replacement, which could take up to 10 days to be ready - and in the meantime, you'll have to pay £2 per
journey for your fares on the bus every day. If your card is stolen and you can provide us with a valid crime reference number you won’t have to pay the replacement fee. If your
card had stopped working and shows no signs of physical damage contact Alan Woodcock at the college.
